A proposal to treat 2 blocks totaling 34,481 acres of co-mingled NFS and privately held lands with a gypsy moth mating disruption pesticide. The proposal would treat 6,216 ac. Wilderness, 3,145 ac. of other NFS lands, and 25,120 ac. private.

Location

Garden Mountain area of Eastern Divide Ranger District and Middle Fox Creek aea of the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area.
