Gypsy Moth Mating Disruption Studies

George Washington and Jefferson National Forests Augusta; Bath; Rockbridge, Virginia George Washington and Jefferson National Forest All Units

Implement gypsy moth mating disruption studies involving the applicaiton of a mating disruptant (disparlure) specific to the gypsy moth. The disparlure would be either aerially or ground applied to no more than 1,500 acres annually.

Location

General area is north and west of Interstates 64 and 81 in Rockbridge and Augusta Counties, east of SR 629, and south of SR 688. General vicinity of Craigsville, Deerfield, Goshen, Millboro Springs.
