AEP is requesting a temporary construction permit to authorize construction and upgrading of access roads located outside of their deeded 120' right of way. This is in conjunction with a power line replacement that is separate from this decision.
Location
Proposal includes upgrades to 1.2 miles of the Skegg Branch Road (FR 2031, AKA Old Triple C Road) and construction of 3 segments of road to existing tower sites totaling approximately 0.3 miles long.
