Blue Hole Outhouse Removal

George Washington and Jefferson National Forests Rockingham, Virginia North River Ranger District

The proposal would remove the existing trash cans and outhouse comprised of two vaults, plastic risers, wooden walls and roofing. The goal would be to obliterate the structure and permanently remove toilet and trash facilities from the picnic area.

Location

The North River Ranger District of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests proposes to remove the existing outhouse and trashcans located 1.5 miles west of Highway 259 on Blue Hole Road/SR 820 in Rockingham County, Virginia.
