Amend an existing Special Use Permit to add approximately 2.78 miles of new fiber optic line in compartments 87, 95 & 96. The permit will add two new sections of line, both in existing ROW's (FM 945 & Butch Arthur Rd.)

FM 945 ROW N. approximately 2 miles north of State Highway 150 and Butch Arthur Rd. ROW approximately 2.5 miles south of SH 150.
