Ash Conservation Treatment Study

Allegheny National Forest Elk; Forest; McKean; Warren, Pennsylvania Allegheny National Forest All Units

To better understand how to effectively manage areas infested with emerald ash borer, we are proposing to study how different treatment methods to suppress emerald ash borer populations will affect ash health.

Location

Individual trees would be treated on approximately 50 to 100 small research plots across the forest.
