This project responds to a request from the Kinzua Valley Trail Club to realign an unbuilt but previously approved trail alignment from Westline to Highway 219.
Location
The existing (approved) alignment begins east of Westline, PA and parallels Kinzua Creek. The request is to realign the trail across Kinzua Creek at Windfall Run.
