Allegheny National Forest Elk; Forest; McKean; Warren, Pennsylvania Allegheny National Forest All Units

To suppress gypsy moth populations, Btk, a naturally occurring native bacterium, would be applied aerially to the crowns of overstory trees as early as April 2021. Implementation would continue in future years as needed.
