The proposal is to allow the holder to host the Southern Illinois Fat Tire Festival Event, a weekend of non-competitive mountain bike riding that would occur on October 24th-26th, 2014.
Location
The event would be based off-Forest at Camp Ondessonk, a private campground. Participants would ride their mountain bikes onto Forest property.
