2014 Gypsy Moth STS Treatment Project

Wayne National Forest Athens; Hocking; Perry, Ohio Athens Ranger District

The proposal is to treat gypsy moth populations by applying Gypchek, mating disruption pheremone & Bacillus thuringiensis var kurstaki (Btk), and mating disrupting pheromone alone to approximately 13,857 acres of the Athens District of the WNF.

Location

A block of land from McCuneville, south to New straitsville and east to Corning. A separate small block southeast of Murray City.
