The purpose of this project is to provide safe, adequate access to private land by crossing a short section of National Forest System Land. The Forest will authorize an existing route for the proponenet, which minimizes environmental effects.
Location
The project is located approximately 1.14 mi Southeast of the fork in Red River, New Mexico on Highway 578. The legal land description is Township 28, Range 15, Section 6
