The Carson National Forest has received an application to issue NMDOT a stockpile permit to manage the debris flows along Highway 38.
Location
There are two project locations along State Highway 38. The first is what’s referred to as the “s” curves near mile marker 9. The second is just outside of Red river near June Bug campground and mile marker 10.7.
