Southland proposes to construct, drill, maintain, and produce two natural gas well locations along with a water retention pond, water pipeline, and gas pipeline. Each well location would contain sixteen individual wells.
Location
The proposed well locations and ancillary facilities are located in the northern portion of the Jicarilla Ranger District in the Carracas Mesa general vicinity.
