The Carson is proposing to construct an approximately 11-mile unpaved multi-use pathway and associated infrastructure (trailheads, bridges, parking access points, etc.) between the Village of Questa and the Town of Red River communities.
Location
The proposed trail would roughly follow the course of New Mexico State Highway 38 between the Village of Questa and the Town of Red River.
