The FS has recieved a proposal to install a buried 4-inch diameter natural gas distribution pipeline adjacent to highway 518 from Talpa to Pot Creek and would require the Forest to issue a new Special Use Authorization for construction & maintenance
Location
The proposed pipeline would begin in Talpa at the junction highway 518 and Forest Road 437 and continue south on highway 518 to a point adjacent to the Southern Methodist University.
