ENMR Telephone Cooperative is seeking to enhance their existing network infrastructure by increasing resiliency and bandwidth through infrastructure upgrades and new fiber routes in New Mexico and Texas.
Location
The first segment would run south from the Village of Tijeras along NM-337 The second segment would run east-west along I-40 through the pass east of Albuquerque
