Cibola National Forest and National Grasslands Cibola; McKinley, New Mexico Cibola National Forest All Units

To restore the ecosystem to desired conditions through timber harvest and prescribed burning while creating a fuel break around the Timber Lake Ranch community and providing access to firewood for neighboring communities.

Location

The Timberlake Project is approximately 4,650 acres dominated by of ponderosa pine forest and pinyon-juniper woodlands.
