The Sandia Peak Tram is proposing to install 2 anchor points (north and south) located in line with the Tram Super Structure. The installation is needed to slip each track rope pair as a unit and is required maintenance set forth by ANSI.IB77.1.
Location
Anchor installation will be under Ellis Service Road that serves the Sandia Peak Tram and Ski Area, accessible from HWY 536 at the Ellis trailhead parking lot.
