Texas Tech University received funding from Texas Parks and Wildlife to install artificial escape dens and tunnels for Swift foxes in Fall 2025. We will place 4 'escape den' structures 2m deep within each of 3 existing grids using heavy equipment.

Dallam Co., TX, Rita Blanca National Grasslands units RB-22, 23, and 34. Approximately 12 miles East of Texline, TX.
