Issue a special use permit to WNMC for a 10-foot wide right of way to install fiber optic cable on 11.18 acres of Gila National Forest from Gold Gulch to Jack's Peak, within or along the roadway of Gold Gulch Road and Jack's Peak Road; and an expanded metal platform and equipment shed on the peak.

The project is located in the Burro Mountains, within and along Gold Gulch Road (Grant County Road 4-12) and Jack's Peak Road (NFSR 836). T16W, R20S, Sections 13-15, 22, 25-27, 36 and T15W, R20S, Section 7.
