The purpose and need of the Kidd Timber Sale (Kidd) is to permit timber harvesting on the Reserve Ranger District along Horse Mesa, such that the entire mesa top can be treated during the implementation of the Horse and Caballo Timber sales.
Location
The project is located at the eastern end of Horse Mesa, South of National Forest System Road 209 on the Reserve Ranger District, Sec. 1, T7S R21W; Sec. 6, T7S R20W; and Sec. 31, T6S R20W.
