Construct a fifty mile, eight inch natural gas pipeline between Bear Lake County and Afton, Wyoming. Approximately 20 miles of this pipeline would be on Forest Service lands.

Location

A linear corridor (South to North) through; the East side of the Hell Hole IRA, through the Telephone Draw IRA, through the Muddy Pockets area, across Pruess Crk. and then paralleling the Crow Crk. Rd
