Willard Creek Hazard Mitigation Project

This Project is being developed to respond to conditions created by the Sheep Fire of 2020. The area has been evaluated for the need to reduce safety hazards along roads and to re-establish forest cover in areas of high burn severity.

Location

The Willard Creek Project is located 10 miles SW of Susanville, CA. It is within Sections 2, 3, 6, 7 and 18 of Township 28 North, Range 10 East of the Mount Diablo Meridian in Lassen County, CA.
