The purpose of this EA is to respond to the application submitted by the City under the Townsite Act. The proposed action would allow for 48 acres to be conveyed to the City at fair market value and would be used to expand its potable water infrastructure.
Location
The Proposed Action Area is located in Deschutes County on the Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District, west of Bend city limits, north of Skyliners Road and directly adjacent to the City’s Outback Site.
