Tuskegee SPB Sanitation Harvest

National Forests in Alabama Macon, Alabama Tuskegee Ranger District

The Forest Service is proposing to use commercial sanitation cutting to remove the loblolly pine from these stands to control the SPB infestations and prevent them from moving into adjacent stands.

Location

South of Interstate 85, north of Forest Service Road (FSR) 900 and 906 in Compartment 8 and 17.
