In 2022 the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals remanded the FS decision for this project. A supplemental EIS is being prepared. The decision to be made is whether to amend the JNF Forest Plan to make the project compliant with the Plan.
Location
The proposed pipeline would cross 3.5 miles of the Jefferson NF.
