The proposed action is to repair the concrete reservoir that supplies water to the flush restrooms at Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest on the Cheoah Ranger District in Graham County, NC. Restrooms are currently closed to public use.
Location
Within the Joyce Kilmer Slickrock Wilderness, but confined to the interior of an existing structure that predates wilderness designation. There would be no change to wilderness characteristics.
