Expansion of existing transmission line ROW and Hazard Tree Zones to 75 feet on both sides of the line for a total of up to 150 feet of combined ROW and Hazard Tree Zones (varies by Management Area).
Location
The project area is the existing approximately 8-mile powerline corridor from the southeast entrance to the Pisgah National Forest near the Sycamore Flats Recreation Area extending northwest to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
