This project proposes adding a new line to the existing master special use permit, that will connect two critical substations allowing broader backup coverage of powered service when emergencies or line outages arise across currently isolated circuit
Location
create a create a circuit tie between Trout Lake and Eckerman substations. Installation will consist of approximately three miles of 3%u0278 #350MCM concentric line in a 6" HDPE conduit.
