Tongass National Forest Prince of Wales-Outer, Alaska Thorne Bay Ranger District

Proposal to establish 5 temporary storage and stockpile sites on National Forest System land in support of the Neck Lake Rd reconstruction project. Site areas total about 3.25 acres. Materials and improvements would be removed upon permit expiration.

Location

Five sites along National Forest System rds on POW Island near Neck Lake and the community of Whale Pass (3 rock pits on Neck Lake Rd, 1 rock pit on Snoose Ck Rd and 1 site at Whale Pass LTF).
