Idaho Panhandle National Forests Kootenai, Idaho Fernan Ranger District

Project will be designed to improve ecological/social conditions, including but not limited to improved forest health, reduced potential for high-intensity wildfires, improved watershed conditions, and sustainable recreation opportunities.

Location

The project area is situated in the frontage country east of the Highway 95 corridor through Kootenai County, from northeast of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to just southeast of Bayview, Idaho.
