Lolo National Forest Mineral; Sanders, Montana Superior Ranger District

Project includes vegetation, road, and recreation management activities to restore resilient vegetative conditions, reduce fuels, enhance recreation opportunities, and support communities. It also contains a proposal to amend the Forest Plan.

Location

The project area of approximately 44,000 acres is between St. Regis and Superior in the Mill, Fourmile, Slowey, Keystone, and Pardee Creek drainages, and on the north slope facing into Highway 135.
