Northern Water proposes to use a combination of process-based restoration techniques and structures and conventional road work in order to improve water quality and floodplain connectivity following the 2020 East Troublesome Fire on Stillwater Creek.

The proposed project is located on Sulphur Ranger District on National Forest System Road (NFSR) 123, Stillwater Pass Road, at Stillwater Creek.
