Vast Oil, Inc. has the need to access existing roads on USFS to access Wildhorse Federal well 2-18 and Wildhorse Federal well 31-19. A change in the company name of the existing permit will be used to access these areas.
Location
7 miles east of Hwy. 59 in the Spring Creek Unit of the Thunder Basin National Grassland.
