Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests & Thunder Basin National Grassland Albany, Wyoming Laramie Ranger District

Take rock core samples from 5 locations near Lake Owen to be used for mapping local geologic stratigraphy. Drill pads are all located on unpatented mining claims and accessed via open National Forest System roads. No new roads will be built.

Project sites are located directly adjacent to National Forest System Roads 552 and 552.A on the Laramie Ranger District.
