Ortega Guzzler Project

Rio Grande National Forest Alamosa, Colorado Conejos Peak Ranger District

The purpose of this project is to provide water developments for big game species in an area with little available water during the late spring through fall. This will increase the use of the area and provide relief for neighboring private lands.

Location

Located approximately 14 miles SW of Monte Vista and 3 miles N of Terrace Reservoir.
