Proposed is access to private property consisting of numerous patented mining claims. Some of these lodes are separated by narrow strips of NFS land. The RGNF would be authorizing the crossing of these strips for the purpose of legal access.

Location

The Sulphhide #5 Lode and the Little Maid Lode in Sec. 11, T. 42 N., R. 1 W., NMPM, Mineral County, Colorado.
