The Forest Service is proposing to move the existing base camp from the current location at the confluence of Bliss creek and the South Fork of the Shoshone to a nearby location in the vicinity.

Location

The camp is approximately 50 miles southwest of Cody, WY in the Southfork of the Shoshone River. The proposed relocation site is located approx. 1 mi. south of the current authorized camp location.
