The USFS, Chihuahua LLC, & the Town of Breckenridge are considering an exchange in the Snake River and Upper Blue basins of Summit Cty involving 3 NF parcels (74 acres). In exchange, the public would receive the 43-acre Chihuahua Town Site.
Location
Federal parcels: 1) 21+/- ac. near Keystone Ski Area; 2) 36+/- ac. in Town of Breckenridge; and, 3)16+/- ac. adjacent to town limits. Non-Federal Parcel includes the townsite of Chihuahua, 46+/- ac.
