Milk Creek Large Wood and BDA Project

White River National Forest Rio Blanco, Colorado West Zone/Blanco Ranger District

Whole, live spruce would be pulled down and yarded into the stream channel. Beaver dam analogs (BDAs) or similar may be constructed to improve stream hydrology and cutthroat habitat. Riparian plantings and rec modifications will complement.
