Holy Cross Energy is proposing to install, own and maintain a broadband fiber optic cable on existing HCE-owned electric transmission line utility poles for customer use. No ground disturbance or additional utility poles are required.

The fiber would be attached to existing utility poles for Holy Cross Energy's electrical transmission line that crosses a portion NFS land 1,000ft N. of I-70 and 1 mile E. of Avon, CO.
