To install gas, electric, communication, sewer, and stormwater lines in a joint utility trench within the roadbed of Sutton Place. Also to remove four existing substandard culverts under Sutton Place and to replace them with three larger culverts.
Location
Utility trench would be buried within roadbed of Sutton Place from Taos Ski Valley parking lots to private property. Culvert replacement would occur under Sutton Place where it passes over Rio Hondo.
