Issuance of a Special Use Permit for an existing groundwater monitoring well and drilling four new monitoring wells to monitor a historic pipeline line drip; would also allow for additional future monitoring wells and site remediation if needed.

Location

The action would be limited to a total area of approximately 4.3 acres on the eastern boundary of the Jicarilla Ranger District approximately 1 mile south of Forest System Road 357.
