App. 13 miles of existing two-tracks and trails are proposed to be designated and maintained as system trails as part of the Rio Grande trail network. A limited amount of new trail construction is proposed to connect existing two-tracks and trails.

East rim of the Rio Grande gorge between the Red River corridor to the North and BLM lands on Horse Thief Mesa to the South.
