Taos Ski Valley Via Ferrata Project

Carson National Forest proposes to amend TSV's special use permit to construct 3 via ferrata climbing areas in the Kachina Bowl. This would include 0.7 mile of trail, an aerial walkway, and drilling into rock to attach steel cable, rungs, and pegs.

Location

Via ferrata pods would be located within the Kachina bowl at the top of Lift 4, within the special use permit area of Taos Ski Valley.
