Valencia Wildlife Tank Project

Carson National Forest Rio Arriba, New Mexico Jicarilla Ranger District

Proposed project would construct an earthen tank to provide water for wildlife. The proposed tank would be approximately .75 acres in size, with an approximately 2.8 acre construction zone around the tank built by mechanized equipment.

Location

Located on the Jicarilla Ranger District of the Carson National Forest, adjacent to Forest Road 314 within the Ciruelas Canyon-Arroyo Companero watershed.
