The Jicarilla RD proposes to decommission and remove the Buzzard Park, Cedar Springs, and Gasbuggy vault toilets. The toilets current condition are unsafe for public use and they show signs of structural compromise and insect/rodent infestation.

The toilet facilities are located at the Buzzard Park Campground, Cedar Springs Campground, and Gasbuggy Interpretive Site.
