APS is proposing to rebuild portions of the distribution line that failed in 2015 from severe weather. The new proposal is designed to withstand locally severe winter weather conditions. All the ground disturbing activities restricted to the ROW.
Location
The power line begins at the base of Mt. Elden and goes to the top of the mountain to the Mt. Elden communication Site. The power line is located north of Flagstaff, Az.
