Tin Can Canyon Grassland Restoration

Restore grasslands through a reduction of juniper cover on the Fossil Creek Allotment through hand treatment on 800 acres. This action expands upon 1,200 acres of juniper treatment in the 2013 Fossil Creek Environmental Assessment Decision Notice.

Location

Wildlife habitat between the West clear Creek and Fossil Creek watersheds in the Tin Can Canyon of the Fossil Creek Allotment. Along Forest Road 9D off State Highway 260.
