Santa Catalina Erosion Control

Coronado National Forest Cochise; Pima; Pinal, Arizona Santa Catalina Ranger District

The project proposes to install sediment retention and/or erosion control structures in sub-watersheds (drainages and their associated uplands) that feed water to larger creeks and canyons of the Santa Catalina EMA, excluding private inholdings.

Location

Work would primarily occur in small drainages and their directly contributing uplands. Only ephemeral and in rare cases intermittent streams will be treated.
